We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in our insurance business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
3. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless customer experience.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Insurance, Banking or NBFC
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
