We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring
smooth coordination
between departments,
checking SOP adherence, and supporting CRM functions
using tools like Excel, Word & Google Sheets. This role is pivotal in maintaining
operational efficiency
and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Monitoring & Compliance:
Regularly check and ensure all
company Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) are being followed across relevant departments.
Escalate non-compliances to the appropriate authority.
Team Coordination:
Liaise with the Operational Team for day-to-day coordination and support.
Work closely with the Team Leader to track assigned tasks, timelines, and execution status.
Follow up with internal teams for timely updates and task closures.
CRM Data Handling:
Maintain customer data records, task trackers, and reports with accuracy.
Assist in generating reports using MS Excel and preparing communication using MS Word.
Ensure data is regularly updated and aligned with the CRM system (if applicable).
Communication & Support:
Support internal teams with CRM-related queries.
Draft professional emails, summaries, and internal communication documents when needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration or related).
1-2 years of experience in CRM, operations coordination, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word
is a must.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
