Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, handle queries efficiently, and act as the main communication bridge between the company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide prompt support. Understand customer needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve issues. Maintain accurate client records, documents, and communications in CRM software. Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and service performance. Manage client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions. Organize and participate in client engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Freshers can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
