Responsibilities

Manage and update CRM system with client information Track and analyze client interactions and data Support real estate agents with client relationship management Develop strategies to improve customer engagement Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth Provide training and support on CRM best practices Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills

CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Real estate transaction management Customer relationship management Microsoft Office Suite Data analysis Salesforce automation tools Lead generation techniques
