Manage and update customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and track performance.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Generate reports and dashboards for management to monitor customer metrics (e.g., churn rate, NPS, repeat purchases).
Ensure CRM processes align with company objectives and customer journey mapping.
Integrate CRM with other tools (email marketing, ERP, etc.) for seamless operations.
Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices.
Coordinate with IT and vendors for CRM system upgrades or troubleshooting.
