Job Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve issues efficiently.

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and service requests.

Maintain daily records.

Coordinate with the sales & service teams.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female

Education: Graduate or above

Experience: 1+ years preferred in customer service, tele-calling, CRM, admin or coordinator (Freshers can also apply)

Skills:

Good communication in Hindi (English is a plus)

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM software)

Professional, polite, and customer-friendly attitude

Salary & Timings:

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)
