Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute daily lead follow-ups across WhatsApp, calls, and social DMs. 2. Track and understand customer behaviour, buying patterns, and repeat cycles. 3. Maintain and update lead funnels, customer notes, and follow-up logs. 4. Share daily reports directly with management (lead status, issues, insights). 5. Coordinate with store teams for customer queries, order issues, and escalation management. 6. Identify high-value customers, at-risk customers, and upsell opportunities. 7. Coordinate CRM campaigns (reminders, offers, reactivation). 8. Ensure fast-response TAT, professional communication, and process compliance.
