The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves understanding client needs, managing accounts, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services according to customer needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, feedback, and retention metrics.
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on company products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
