We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions.
Build trust and rapport with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet customer expectations.
Track client interactions, maintain updated records in CRM software, and prepare regular reports.
Handle escalated issues and ensure smooth resolution.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes and services.
Proactively engage with clients for renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Client Service Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., financial services, IT, retail].
Knowledge of customer success strategies and client engagement techniques.
Analytical mindset to interpret client data and behavior
