We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing client relationships, supporting sales service teams, and handling payment and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various vendors for service or product-related matters.
Follow up on payments and maintain clear records of transactions.
Organize and attend meetings with clients.
Provide support to the sales and service teams.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Maintain and update data using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (must).
Basic to average communication in English.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and follow up efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
Bonus: Annual bonus applicable after one year of service
Attendance Policy: No work, no pay will be applied only in case of repeated absences
