- Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and highlighting urgent matters.
Travel Arrangements:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for directors, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and meet directors' preferences.
Document Management:
- Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
Task and Project Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating tasks and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and updates on ongoing projects.
MIS Reporting:
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for directors, providing insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of reports to aid decision-making.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and suggest solutions.
- Anticipate potential issues and address them before they become significant problems.
Event Planning:
- Assist in organizing company events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster positive relationships with other team members and departments.
- Act as a liaison between directors and the rest of the team.
