Issue Resolution

: Quickly and efficiently resolve complaints, inquiries, and escalations to ensure high satisfaction.

Sales Growth

: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand revenue streams.

Strategy & Planning

: Develop and implement client engagement plans and strategies, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.

Data Analysis

: Analyze customer data to spot trends, track performance, and inform business decisions.

Reporting

: Conduct business reviews, present reports, and share insights with clients and management.

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on company products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
