We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to join our real estate team. The CRM will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, addressing client needs, ensuring seamless property transactions, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate between sales, operations, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth property handovers and documentation.
Organize regular client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
Handle escalations professionally and provide solutions to ensure client retention.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design customer engagement campaigns and events.
Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and retention metrics for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
