Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication:
Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and trends for management review.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Relation Employee (CRM) in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
