About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Customer Relationship Manager
to strengthen our engagement with distribution channel partners. The role involves building trusted relationships, driving upsell opportunities, and ensuring timely payment collections. This position offers high visibility with direct reporting to the management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors & dealers.
Identify and drive upselling/cross-selling opportunities across product range.
Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize outstanding receivables.
Act as the primary contact for distributor queries, escalations & support.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) for seamless partner experience.
Prepare and present periodic reports on relationships, sales growth, and collections.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years' experience in channel sales, distributor management, or customer relations.
Proven success in upselling and collections management.
