Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:



Customer Data Management:

Managing and optimizing CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Customer Segmentation:

Analyzing customer data to identify different customer segments based on demographics, purchase history, and behavior.

Targeted Marketing Campaigns:

Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments, utilizing email, SMS, or other channels.

Relationship Building:

Fostering strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Sales Support:

Collaborating with sales teams to identify potential leads, support sales efforts, and drive revenue growth.

Customer Experience Management:

Working to improve the overall customer experience by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking the performance of CRM initiatives, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics like customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Key Skills:

CRM Software Proficiency:

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and draw insights.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with teams.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Sales and Marketing Acumen:

Understanding of sales and marketing principles and how they relate to customer relationships.
In essence, a CRM specialist in retail acts as a bridge between the customer and the business, leveraging technology and data to build strong relationships, drive sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
