Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication for delivery of photos, videos, albums & prints
Track delivery timelines and ensure on-time completion
Coordinate with editors, designers, and production teams
Handle approvals, feedback, and client queries
Maintain CRM sheets, daily trackers, and reports
Ensure NIL pending follow-ups each day
Provide smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in CRM / Client Servicing / Customer Support
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil)
Strong follow-up skills and ability to multitask
Good with Google Sheets / Excel
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Experience in photography/events/media is a plus
