Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary:

ZGA (Zero Gravity Albums) is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle client communication, manage leads, coordinate album projects, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management
Coordinate with internal teams (design, editing, production) for timely delivery
Maintain and update client details, leads, and interactions in CRM software
Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Manage booking confirmations, schedules, and client expectations
Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and share regular CRM and client status reports
Support sales and operations teams as required

Qualifications & Experience:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
