Ramani Volkswagen is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build strong customer relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and manage customer engagement activities in line with Volkswagen standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer relationship and engagement activities
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in coordination with internal teams
Monitor customer satisfaction scores and take improvement actions
Conduct follow-up calls after sales and service visits
Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records
Implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives
Prepare customer feedback and performance reports for management
Ensure compliance with Volkswagen customer experience standards
Eligibility:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in customer relationship management, preferably in automobile industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
