What we are Looking for :

We are looking for candidates who would Ensure smooth Operations Between the team and our customers . He/She will be the Entitled to handle day to day operations and their smooth functioning by maintaining the communication with or customer base

Roles & Responsiblities :

Coordinate with different Team to Improve and maintain and develop Proper Operation Management Coordinate with Sales, Associate Director, as well as the Regional Sales Director/VP to identify key company accounts development. Organise weekly meetings with your team to go over meeting numbers to ensure each member is successful in their role. Ensure a seamless flow of communication within & across teams Understanding Key Customer Needs and wants Planning towards fulfilling them Responsible for Working towards Customer satisfaction

Qualification and Skills Required :

Should have Experience on Minimum 0-3 yr in similar role / Customer Support Executive Freshers (Who have good communication skill and are proficient in english are welcome) Should have knowledge about MS Office Suit Graduation (Any stream) Ready for work from office (Chennai)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
