Job Description

1. Project Details:



? Layout (total plot available in that project)

? Location

? Maintaining the list of Total plot available and releasing the same every Friday

? Updating the Projected price, Offer price, GV, DV for all new projects and resale plots.

? Sending booking and release messages

2. Communication with the customers:



? Welcome call to all the customers ( details mentioned in the Check list) who have booked the plot the previous day

? Greeting, Congratulating and confirming the booking of: Project, Plot No, Size, and Payment received.

? Explaining the process that will follow after booking like: Allotment letter, Sale and Development Agreement, Bank Loan, Identification Proof required, Margin Money, DD disbursement by Bank and Registration

? When is the next payment is due (within 5/7 days) and tentative registration due date.

? Sending them welcome message having the above information along with details of office address, contact person, contact number and office timing.

? Informing the customers on the services offered by i5 like; Quality Construction, Bank Loan and CMDA/DTCP/RERA approved projects.

3. CRM Updating and Reports



? Updating the feedback received from the customer during the call in the system and informing the HOD on the same in the morning call report on daily basis.

? Being aware of details of every customer at what stages of process the sale is in between Booking and Registration.

? Updating the following stages like: Allotment Letter given, Agreement Done, Bank Process Completed, token done and Registration Done.

? After completion of every stage the customer needs to be called and verified and informed about the next processes.

? Entering the details of every sale in the system as per the check list received from the sales team.

? All payment received from the customer should be updated in the system.

? Any payment not received on the due date, a report to be prepared and the same is to be submitted to HOD on day to day basis.

? Recovering payment from the customer on the due date is very important, hence the customer had to be reminded via call, sms, what's up and Email 24 hrs to 48 hrs before the due date

? The customer would require the payment link; account details for making the payment send the same along with reminder messages.

? Sending receipt after confirming with the account on payment received.

? Sending reminders for agreement and registration.

4. Construction Option to the customer



? During the interaction with the customer extract the information from the customer on how and when they are planning to construct their dream home.

? Inform them that we can help them in constructing their dream house (Bank Loan, Plan Approval, EB connection, Bore well etc.)

? Tell them from approval of the plan to completing the construction of the house on time

? Offer them the option that they can choose from: Standard, Premium, and Luxury depending upon their budget, design and material that they want to be used during construction.

? Inform them that we build based on what has been agreed upon.

? We will even do a construction agreement based on what has been accepted and agreed upon.

? Once the registration is done than invite them to the office

? Arrange a meeting between customer, builder and MD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
