The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a key role in managing client interactions, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal project teams for turnkey interior and civil construction projects. The CRM is responsible for handling client requirements, resolving issues, coordinating project updates, and contributing to overall business growth through strong relationship management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns, and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Ensure continuous communication with clients regarding project progress, variations, timelines, and approvals.
2. Project Coordination & Support
Work closely with the design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to relay client inputs.
Schedule and participate in client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.
Track project milestones and updates, ensuring commitments are met as per SLAs and project plans.
Assist in resolving project-related conflicts or bottlenecks with proactive communication.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and share MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), weekly progress reports, and client feedback logs.
Ensure all client communications, approvals, and variation orders are properly documented.
Maintain CRM records using internal systems (ERP/CRM tools).
4. Sales & Business Support
Assist the business development team in pre-sales activities, proposal submissions, and BOQ clarifications.
Support in coordinating sample approvals, material selections, and mock-ups.
Help identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in ongoing projects.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Handling
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Capture client feedback and work with internal teams for service improvements.
Address and resolve complaints or service issues professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out and civil turnkey project processes.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Good knowledge of project management basics and coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
3-7 years of experience
in client servicing or CRM roles within interior contracting, construction, or turnkey project environments.
Knowledge of materials, site execution processes, and industry standards is a plus.
