Work Experience
Should have 4-7 years of experience in CRM operations, customer lifecycle management or client servicing.
Must have managed CRM software (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce or similar).
Experience in handling large customer databases and retention strategy.
Close coordination with Sales, Marketing & Customer Support teams.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
CRM certifications preferred.
Skill Set Required
Excellent communication & customer handling skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting)
Data-driven decision making
Strong email writing and documentation skills
Ability to get work done from internal teams
Good understanding of customer service workflows

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
