Client Relationship Manager (CRM) - Zero Gravity Photography (ZGP)

Salary: ₹23,000 - ?25,000 per month

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our post-production team at Zero Gravity Photography, one of India's leading premium wedding photography brands. You'll play a key role in ensuring every client's journey -- from shoot completion to final delivery -- is smooth, delightful, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-production and delivery phase. Manage timelines for all deliverables -- edited photos, videos, albums, and print products. Coordinate album design approvals, revisions, and print orders with design and printing teams. Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality output. Track production milestones and proactively update clients on progress. Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining ZGP's premium service standards. Keep CRM/project trackers updated with client information and order statuses. Proactively follow up for feedback, testimonials, and potential referrals. Upsell and cross-sell ZGP's premium products and services to enhance revenue. Take ownership of escalations and ensure complete client satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2-3 years in client servicing, coordination, or CRM roles (photography, media, or event industry preferred). Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong multitasking and organizational ability. Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel / CRM tools. Positive, empathetic, and client-focused attitude. Languages: English & Tamil.
