About the Role:

We're looking for a

Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

who can turn conversations into experiences and clients into fans.
At ZGP, you'll be the bridge between creativity and client satisfaction -- ensuring every couple's journey with us is smooth, personal, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the

primary point of contact

for clients post-booking -- from project updates to final deliveries. Coordinate with internal teams (design, editing, printing, and dispatch) to ensure timely execution. Track production timelines for all deliverables -- edited photos, videos, albums, and printed materials. Handle client feedback and ensure complete satisfaction through prompt resolution and updates. Maintain clear and professional communication at all times via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Keep project trackers, reports, and CRM systems updated daily. Collaborate with teams to manage approvals, revisions, and album design finalizations. Ensure every delivery reflects ZGP's

premium quality standards

and brand promise.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:

1-5 years

in

client handling / coordination / CRM roles

(media, photography, or event industry preferred). Strong communication skills --

English + Tamil

(Kannada/Telugu is a plus). Excellent follow-up, documentation, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in

Google Sheets / Excel

for tracking and reporting. A positive attitude with a knack for managing deadlines and happy clients!
