Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, concerns, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Prepare and present reports on client interactions, project status, and satisfaction levels.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling consultancy services.
Ensure client retention through proactive engagement and excellent service quality.
Support business development initiatives by contributing to client proposals and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in customer relationship management or client servicing (preferably in consultancy or service-based industries).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
