Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager - Zero Gravity Photography (Chennai)

About the Role:

Zero Gravity Photography is looking for a

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to act as the vital link between our

clients and post-production team

. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, handle client queries with professionalism, and provide an exceptional service experience throughout the project journey.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-event. Coordinate effectively between the client and internal post-production teams (editing, album, video, and design). Ensure timely delivery of deliverables with top-quality standards. Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in

customer relationship management

or

client servicing

. Experience in the

event/wedding industry

is mandatory. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and handle pressure. Career gap candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
