Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in supporting POS, inventory, and billing software used in showrooms.
To provide technical and functional support for CRM and other operational software systems used across the business cycle.
The role involves monitoring day-to-day data updates, ensuring accurate and timely inputs by operational teams, and guiding showroom staff in effectively using the systems.
The CRM Support Executive ensures smooth digital operations, data integrity, and contributes to an enhanced customer service experience by enabling tech-driven efficiency in sales, inventory, billing, and customer engagement processes.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good knowledge of MS Office and document management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,062.37 per month
