Manage office administration tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
Maintain and update customer records, project details, and reports.
Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on pending tasks.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-office communication professionally.
Monitor payments, follow up on dues, and coordinate with accounts when required.
Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and other admin-related tasks.
