Job Description

Handle customer inquiries, provide project updates, and resolve client issues effectively. Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle. Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and project-related documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site staff to provide accurate information to customers. Manage office administration tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry. Maintain and update customer records, project details, and reports. Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on pending tasks. Handle phone calls, emails, and front-office communication professionally. Monitor payments, follow up on dues, and coordinate with accounts when required. Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and other admin-related tasks.
