Qualification :
MBA, BBA, B.Com or any graduate with 2 -3 yr. experience in customer handling, sales, or payment follow-ups are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system
Draft and share commercial fee proposals within 48 hours of scope finalization
Schedule meetings for senior management with clients and leads
Track proposal status, conversion rates, and key business development metrics
Follow up on all open proposals until closure or disqualification
Coordinate with internal teams (design, accounts, legal) for project handovers
Share fortnightly reports on CRM status, proposals, and feedback
Support in creating client-specific presentations and marketing kits
Monitor collection timelines and coordinate payment follow-ups politely
Conduct structured client feedback and satisfaction checks periodically
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or payment follow-ups.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
Prior experience in architecture, real estate, or construction industry is an added advantage
