We are looking for experienced and energetic CRM Executives to manage customer communication, drive sales and support field executives for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up leads who have enquired about property
Convince customers to visit project sites
Coordinate between customer and field executives for site visits
Arrange and support buyer seller meetings
Follow up on leads, manage pipelines and ensure sales closure
Handle customer queries and maintain CRM records
Guide and monitor field executives/ tele calling team
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 4 years of experience in Tele sales/ Marketing
Experience handling small teams or field executives
Strong communication, convincing and follow up skills
Real estate experience preferred, not mandatory
Comfortable working on Sundays
Timings : 9 am to 6 pm
Week off : Tuesday (Sunday working)
