Customer Relationship Manager / Tele sales Executive

Location: Little Mount Chennai

Experience: 0-7 years

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule: 09.30AM -06.30 PM

Sunday Week off

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Promote products/services and generate leads

Follow up with interested prospects

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fluency in [English/Tamil/Hindi - as applicable]
