Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
Understand client requirements related to interior design, layout, and finishes.
Coordinate between clients, designers, and site execution teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and changes.
Maintain and update client records in CRM software and track progress across all projects.
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and presentation reviews.
Follow up on leads, feedback, and after-sales service.
Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or escalations quickly and professionally.
Share product catalogs, material options, and assist clients in decision-making when needed.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with background or certification in Interior Design.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in an interior design or architectural firm.
Knowledge of materials, furniture, space planning, and interior design trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project management software.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Customer-first approach with ability to manage multiple client interactions.
