1) Qualification - Graduate / MBA / B. TECH ( Mechanical)
2) Experience - 7 To 10 Years Proven experience as a Customer Relation Professional in Passenger Car Servicing.
3) Monitor and manage customer interactions within the service department to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
4) Collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
5) Guide new and used vehicle buyers through vehicle features, maintenance schedules, and safety guidelines, ensuring they are well-informed.
6) Develop and execute strategies to retain customers, such as communicating new products or service offers and ensuring a positive overall experience.
7) Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
8) Schedule Home Visits to Customers to address concerns / complaints and build long lasting relationship.
9) Ensure Timely Resolution and closure of customer complaints in Service strictly adhering to TAT.
10) Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, service, and marketing teams to provide a unified customer experience.
9) Have a sound knowledge of the dealership's vehicle products, service offerings, warranties, and maintenance requirements.
