The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients of Vinayak Jewels (India) Pvt. Ltd. The role requires strong communication skills, timely follow-ups, and seamless coordination with the internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order execution for jewellery manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, requirements, and concerns.
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with domestic and international clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Gather feedback and share with internal teams for continuous improvement.
2. Order Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with Production, PPC, CAD, Design, QC, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
Monitor the status of each order and update clients on progress.
Ensure all customer specifications, approvals, and instructions are followed accurately.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
3. Sales Support & Business Growth
Assist the Sales/Marketing team in client acquisition and retention activities.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling jewellery products.
Maintain detailed client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Support quotation preparation and follow-up for approvals.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of communication, approvals, dispatch details, and feedback.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on client interactions and order status.
Ensure proper documentation of issues and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing (preferably in jewellery industry).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
