A natural listener and warm communicator
Can manage 50-80 meaningful client interactions per day across platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic
Fluent in English and Hindi (bonus: Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, etc.)
Confident handling CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Meet
Prior experience in interiors, luxury retail, real estate, or hospitality preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
3-5 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/client servicing
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask across digital and offline channels
Compensation & Benefits:
Discovery & Consultation Calls:
Conduct first-level discovery calls to understand the client's home aesthetics, family traditions, and spiritual aspirations.
Lead Qualification:
Filter and qualify leads based on budget, design readiness, project urgency, and brand compatibility.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule online design consultations, showroom visits, or site inspections with the appropriate TSA teams.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status, and communication history. Ensure timely action on every opportunity.
Luxury Client Experience:
Ensure every communication--whether a message, call, or email--feels premium, warm, and aligned with the ethos of Tilak Stone Arts.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with sales closers, designers, and project teams to ensure smooth client handover and project flow.
Order Closing
Take ownership of warm, qualified leads and independently close smaller to mid-value orders. You will be trained to act as the client's
Account Manager
for these projects -- from order to delivery.
Client Account Management:
Track progress, ensure timely follow-ups, help clients with documentation, and resolve queries throughout the production and delivery cycle.
