Build good relationships with customers
Make cold calls to customers for offers, promotions, and follow-ups
Maintain customer details and feedback records
Follow up with existing and new customers
Coordinate with sales staff for better customer service
Requirements:
Experience in retail, customer service, or calling preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
