Job description:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Preferred Female)
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution with a professional
approach.
Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, payments, documentation, and handovers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per schedule and send reminders when required.
Manage customer database, track interactions, and update records in CRM software.
Address grievances and escalate issues to management when needed.
Assist in organizing site visits, client meetings, and property handovers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
