Key Responsibilities

Customer support:

Address client queries and concerns, especially those related to payment and post-sales issues.

Customer-first mindset:

A professional and customer-oriented approach, focused on client satisfaction and retention

Client and payment management:

Collect client information and manage their payment schedules, agreements, and financial documentation.

Collections and payments:

Handle the collection of payments, explain payment procedures, and manage any issues related to the payment process.

Legal and documentation:

Provide clients with necessary legal and property documents, such as parent documents, legal opinions, and approval copies

Cross-functional coordination:

Work with sales and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve issues.

Process improvement:

Help automate communication and streamline processes related to collections and customer service.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in a CRM or collections role, preferably within the real estate industry.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Organizational skills:

Strong ability to stay organized, manage documentation, and handle a large volume of client interactions..
