We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to lead and enhance our client experience strategy. The ideal candidate will build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive customer loyalty and retention across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for premium customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries or issues.
Manage customer databases (CRM systems) to track preferences, buying patterns, and feedback.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Create and monitor customer satisfaction metrics, reporting insights to senior management.
Organize exclusive customer events, experiences, and engagement programs.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling premium products.o Lead and mentor the customer service team to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within luxury retail, premium furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products, preferably within the premium furniture industry.
Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-value clientele.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer data analysis.
