Location: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ?14,000 - ₹18,000 per month

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries and issues related to orders, deliveries, and other services. This role requires a professional who can handle customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and services.

2. Problem Solving:
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

3. Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about their queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database as required.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum qualification is a Graduate degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, experience in customer support is preferable.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.
