Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager
to handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and services
Provide timely and professional responses to customers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Escalate complex issues to management when required
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree (minimum requirement)
Freshers can apply; customer support experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
