Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Manager

who can effectively handle client communication, build long-term business relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be

fluent in English

and have prior experience in the

manufacturing or engineering sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle client queries, coordinate with internal departments for timely order updates.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and handle customer documentation.
Collect feedback and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Support sales and marketing teams in identifying potential business opportunities.
Communicate product updates, dispatch status, and after-sales support to clients.
Maintain CRM data, reports, and client communication records accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or relevant field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in a

manufacturing or industrial setup

. Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken and written). Proficient in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
