Lead Conversion:

Customer Support:
Address customer concerns and queries regarding properties, legal documentation, payments, and possession timelines.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a bridge between customers and various internal teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and post-sales services.
Post-Sales Service:
Ensure seamless customer experience from booking to handover, assisting with agreements, payments, and any after-sales concerns.
Feedback & Follow-ups:
Collect customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service quality and client satisfaction.
Market Research:
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to enhance client engagement.
Event & Client Engagement Activities:
Organize customer engagement activities like site visits, promotional events, and post-sales relationship-building initiatives.
