Job Summary

Pitambra Film & Production is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client communications through calls, emails, and meetings Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand client requirements for films, advertisements, events, shoots, and production services Coordinate with creative, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of projects Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed projects, and achieve assigned targets Maintain and update client data, payments, and project status in CRM systems Resolve client concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and client reports Upsell and cross-sell company services when appropriate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a CRM, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Knowledge of film, media, advertising, or production industry is an added advantage
