Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales & service teams for smooth customer journey
Ensure timely follow-up calls for leads, service reminders, and feedback
Manage customer satisfaction surveys and improve customer experience
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Maintain long-term relationships to increase repeat business
Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction reports
