Job Description

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is a professional responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing long-term relationships between a company and its customers or clients. The role aims to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while driving business growth through effective communication, personalized service, and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong, positive, and lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, questions, or concerns. Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations, and tailor services accordingly. Build trust and loyalty through personalized engagement and excellent service. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address complaints or issues promptly to resolve problems. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to enhance customer experience. Implement loyalty programs, retention strategies, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Conduct business reviews with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met. Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies aimed at increasing business growth. Analyze customer data, feedback, and interaction patterns to inform decisions and improve service delivery. Utilize CRM software systems to document customer interactions, track metrics, and manage workflows. Identify new business opportunities based on customer insights and market trends.
Educational and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. 1.5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or client relationship management. Certifications related to CRM software or customer service (e.g., Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are advantageous. Prior experience managing customer service teams is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,778.35 - ₹20,334.35 per month
