Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Relations Team. As a Voice Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns while maintaining quality standards over voice calls
Record transactions, update systems, and follow up with internal teams as needed
Understand and communicate multiple processes and services effectively
Follow scripts and product reference materials to influence customer decisions
Document clear summaries for unresolved queries and escalate as needed
Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
Achieve targets while maintaining service quality and compliance
Operate telecom systems and applications efficiently
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduate (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Experience:
0-3 years in domestic or international BPO preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with computers and relevant technical tools
