Key Responsibilities:
Talk to Customers:
Address and resolve customer queries and concerns over phone calls while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Record Details:
Accurately fill in forms and log all customer interactions and follow-up actions as required.
Understand Products:
Learn and stay updated on various products and processes to offer the right information to customers.
Promote Services:
Follow a prepared script to guide conversations and recommend products or services suited to customer needs.

Understand Customer Needs:
Listen actively, gather the necessary information, and determine the best way to assist customers in line with company standards.
Update Systems:
Input correct and relevant details into the system during or after each interaction. Escalate unresolved issues with a clear summary to the appropriate team and inform the customer of the next steps.
Take Part in Improvements:
Actively participate in team or organizational initiatives aimed at improving processes and overall customer experience.
Handle Difficult Calls:
Stay composed and professional while dealing with irate or upset customers, ensuring a smooth resolution.
