Signtech Print N Display Systems LLP is seeking a Customer Service Manager (CRM) to join our team in Santacruz. We are a design and manufacturing company specializing in POSM, retail fixtures, exhibition and events, and customized furniture.
Role Details:
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar industry or 5 years in a relevant field.
- Location: Santacruz.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in understanding designs and drawing files.
- Knowledge of design software and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of materials, particularly within the furniture industry.
- Advanced Excel, MS Office, and presentation skills.
Preferred Industry Experience:
We welcome candidates from the modular/furniture industry, ad and creative agencies, exhibition and event management, visual merchandising, or the POSM industry.
Core Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service, time management, and conflict resolution.
